Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using OneClickAZ ("the Software" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OneClickAZ ("we," "us," or "our").

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Windows devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, sell, resell, or otherwise transfer any rights in the Software to any third party.

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software;
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer the Software or any subscription to another person;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software;
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software;
• Use the Software to automate actions that violate third-party platform terms of service.

Access to premium features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All payments are processed through PayOS. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided at our discretion in accordance with our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees with at least 14 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Software is immediately revoked. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6, 7, and 8.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONECLICKAZ, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
