What operating systems does OneClickAZ support?+
OneClickAZ is a Windows desktop application and requires Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit). macOS and Linux versions are not currently available but are on our roadmap.
How do I activate my license after purchase?+
After payment, you will receive a license key via email. Open OneClickAZ, navigate to Settings → License, paste your key, and click Activate. An internet connection is required for activation.
Which AI models does OneClickAZ support?+
Currently OneClickAZ integrates Google Veo3 and Frames for video generation. We regularly add new models — check the Changelog page for the latest updates.
Is my data stored on OneClickAZ servers?+
Video generation is processed through the respective AI provider APIs (e.g., Google). We store only your account information and usage metadata. Generated videos are saved locally on your machine.
Can I use OneClickAZ for commercial projects?+
The Free plan is for personal, non-commercial use only. Pro and Business plans include a commercial license. Please review our Terms of Service and the specific plan details on the Pricing page.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept payments via PayOS, which supports major Vietnamese banks, Visa, Mastercard, and e-wallets including MoMo and ZaloPay.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel at any time from your Account → Subscription page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months unless required by law.
The app crashes on startup — what should I do?+
First, ensure your Windows is fully updated. Try running the installer as Administrator. If the issue persists, delete the folder %APPDATA%\OneClickAZ\cache and restart. If problems continue, send your log file (found at %APPDATA%\OneClickAZ\logs\app.log) to support@oneclickaz.com.
